SHIPPING POLICY

At Kangra Tea House, we understand the craving you might have to receive the product as soon as possible after having bought it. This is why we aim to go the distance to make a speedy and safe delivery of your order. Moreover, we offer free shipping anywhere in India.

However, while we partner with the best shipping agencies, it could still take anywhere from 2 days to 5 days depending upon the location and the delivery service network. Rural addresses could require additional delivery days.

Usually, our endeavour is to dispatch the orders received before 11 am IST, on the same business day provided the necessary checks are complete like payment, stock availability and delivery service provider availability. The orders received during weekends, holidays and peak seasons are still processed as soon as possible however some delays could be expected.

We do not deliver orders to PO boxes or any military or remote/ inaccessible locations devoid of a pre-existing delivery service network.
